In transition coaching, I can help young people navigate their way through difficult times in their lives.
A change in school, a move to a new area, new stepparents or siblings, returning to school after a period of absence and so on.
Covid 19 has increased the anxiety of some young people going through transitions and they may benefit from having this type of coaching.
Young people with additional needs may also benefit from this type of coaching, helping them with the changes that lay ahead.
Focusing on the present and the future and not being held back by ‘what was’. There are always positives to be found in something new.
